Monaco to host its 5th Formula E race

On track in the Principality every other year since its creation in 2014, the world championship of electric single-seaters will now make a stopover there every season. Next event: Saturday 30th April 2022.

The rumours had been circulating since the conclusion of the 4th E-Prix won on 8 May by Portuguese driver Antonio Felix Da Costa (DS Techeetah).
It has now become news. In Monaco, Formula E will no longer be connected to alternating current. From now on, it will be an annual event, like the two other world championships that run in the Principality, Formula 1 and WRC (rally).
