Reopens for Valentine's Day and unveils its transformation

After a five-month transformation, the Blue Bay restaurant at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort has become the Blue Bay Marcel Ravin. And it's not just the name that's changing at this Société des Bains de Mer address. Presentation.

The new Blue Bay concept was unveiled on 10 February in the presence of Prince Albert II, Stéphane Valeri, CEO of the Société des Bains de Mer, Frédéric Darnet, General Manager of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, and chef Marcel Ravin.
