There are just a few vacancies left to fill at Amazonico, SBM's new project in Monaco

The home stretch for Amazonico. With the festive Brazilian concept nestling above Café de Paris set to open to customers on 5 April, its management is working on the final recruitment.

"So far, we've filled 97% of the 190 jobs. We're still looking for sommellerie, kitchen and bar staff," says Angelo Truisi, assistant to the general manager for Amazonico at the Société des Bains de Mer. Recruitment began at the end of 2022, as the opening was initially scheduled for July 2023. 80% of the people recruited over the past year have waited and are staying with us, because they want to be part of the adventure."
