As the All Saints’ school holidays arrive, Monaco transforms into a colourful Halloween setting. Spectacular decorations in Casino Square, special activities for children and festive events create a magical and mysterious atmosphere throughout the Principality to celebrate the autumn season.
The Montecadabra Family Takes Over Casino Square
In the heart of Monte-Carlo, some unusual visitors have taken up residence in the famous Casino Square. Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer (SBM) welcomes the Montecadabra family, a fantastical group of witches and wizards accompanied by a butler, a cat and a bat.
These extraordinary guests have even brought their own home: a six-metre-high mansion installed in the centre of the square.
Through its windows, visitors can discover the magical and eccentric world of this imaginary family, presented in a setting specially created for Halloween.
Monte-Carlo Embraces the Halloween Spirit
During the All Saints’ holidays, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer transforms the Casino district into an impressive Halloween wonderland.
Pumpkins, orange decorations and themed installations adorn the façades of buildings and the resort’s most iconic locations.
The elaborate displays give the heart of Monte-Carlo a festive atmosphere rarely seen on this scale outside the Christmas and New Year celebrations.
Halloween Parties for Children at New Moods
New Moods is also joining the celebrations with two special events designed for younger guests.
From 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm, children aged four to seven can enjoy an entertaining programme featuring a magic show, a spectacular bubble show and a face-painting station.
From 6 pm to 9 pm, children aged eight to twelve can celebrate at a lively Halloween disco. A DJ will provide the music and entertainment, while a candy buffet and soft drink bar will complete the experience.
Admission is €65 per child for each event. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult, who can attend free of charge.

Beyond the activities organised for children, several Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer establishments are taking part in the celebrations with their own themed evenings and Halloween events.
