The Prince Albert II Foundation launches an investment fund to protect the oceans

The Prince Albert II Foundation announced on Tuesday the launch of an alliance with Monaco Asset Management for the creation of an investment fund dedicated to marine protection.

In the tide of events that make up Monaco Ocean Week, the one held this Tuesday lunchtime was particularly important to the Prince Albert II Foundation teams. They chose this international congress dedicated to the protection of the seas and oceans to name Re.Ocean Fund. This is the code name for a private investment fund initiated in the Principality and aimed at injecting capital into innovative high-impact companies that reduce the main sources of ocean pollution, transform production and travel methods and protect marine ecosystems.

And thus to gather financial resources to support projects aimed at protecting the oceans, which represent 70% of the planet.
